Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Payment in full secures your booth placement. 

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card (through the registration portal) or by mailed check. Please email hello@bridalblissclassic .com if check payment is preferred. 

    • returned checks will incur a $35 NSF fee, no matter the reason for the return. 

    • there are NO fees associated with credit or debit card payments.

  • Payment plans are available, please email hello@bridalblissclassic. com if you'd like to set up a payment plan. 

    • Please note that your booth placement is not locked in until payment is made in full. 

  • Payment is due, in full, for all booth locations no later than August 1st (for the AUG show), and by January 10th (for the JAN show). 

    • Any vendor who has not paid in full by the deadline will be released from the show and refunds will not be offered for any monies paid thus far. 

  • Refunds are not offered at any time, for any reason. If you cannot attend a show, please contact us as soon as possible so we can talk through options.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read the above, understand and agree to the terms outlined. 

Here is everything you need to know about participating in a Bridal Bliss show as a vendor.

TERMS:

  • Booth placement is locked in on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Load in information will be sent via email, two weeks prior to the show date. 

  • Booth inclusions varies from event to event, please see the registration portal for specific details on what is included with your booth fee, for your respective event.

  • Bridal Bliss will provide the items outlined in your registration (ex: table, linen, etc.) - all other materials, decoration, signage, branding, etc. is to be provided by the vendor. 

  • If a table with power is selected, the vendor is responsible for providing any needed equipment such as power strips, extension cords, etc. 

  • Carts will be available for load in/out, but are shared among vendors. 

  • double booths can be purchased, there is not a price cut for a double booth. 

    • Triple booths will receive a 20% reduced rate, please reach out if you'd like to purchase a triple booth. 

  • By participating in this show, your company name, images, and logo may be used in the promotion of the show and your participation. 

  • Bridal Bliss Classic reserves the right to move any vendor booth to another location of equal value to ensure duplicate vendor types are not next to each other. Bridal Bliss will provide notice to any vendor this may impact. 

  • Bridal Bliss Classic reserves the right to alter the floor plan to ensure flow, fire marshall regulations, and other needs are met for the sake of the vendors and the attendees. 

  • Vendors will comply with all rules and regulations of the venue, the show, the city of Lexington and the state of Kentucky. 

AUGUST SHOW:

  • Pop up banners are not permitted for this show, except by sponsors. 

  • Booth decor cannot exceed 6feet tall, measured from the floor. 

  • Alcohol is not permitted to be sold, consumed, or served on site at this show, unless sourced from The Clerestory staff.
